The Value Rating (0-100) is a weighted score. It's calculated by multiplying each model's performance score (0-100) for an aspect by the weight you set for that aspect, and then summing these results.
For Cost Efficiency, a lower Cost Score (0-100, where 0 is cheapest) contributes more positively to the Value Rating, based on your Cost Efficiency weight.
